Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen is a new type and high precision fine powder sieving machine, It is equipped extra transducer system on the basis of general vibrating screen and developed for solving the sieving problems of fine powder due to strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high precision, high density, light specific gravity etc. with unique technology, the ultrasonic transducer system will transmit high frequency micro vibration to the screen mesh. It is able to convert electric energy with 220V,50Hz or 110V,60Hz into high frequency electric energy with 18KHz and then puts it into ultrasonic energy exchanger to make it change into mechanical vibration for the screen surface. With the original vibration force, the sieving output, quality and capacity can be increased, the screen mesh can also do self cleaning.
- Working Principle
Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen is composed of ultrasonic power, transducer and sympathetic vibration ring. Transducers change the high frequency current which supplied by the ultrasonic power into sinusoidal vertical wave of oscillation (ultrasonic wave), these ultrasonic wave reached the sympathetic vibration ring generate resonance, then evenly transferred to the screen surface.
