• Introduction

bulk ton bag unloading stations is one kind of powder transfer discharging system which widely used for bulk bag or tons bags unloading in chemical,plastic, cement, food, pharmacy industry etc. It can be designed in closed or open type structure as per different production needs. It is euqipped with integral “I” beam and hoist for lifting and unloading bags in the unloader. It can be design with knife inside for automatic cutting or manually untying,  and then directly connected to an enclosed conveyor for direct transfer the material to next procedure.  For meeting the different production request, it can also designed into the multifunction type which top for ton bags and below with small bags unloading.
